Comedy Knights: Three Times Funnier

The Comedy Knights are Back with their new hit show Three Times Funnier! Continuing the new tradition of bringing comedy to Christmas!

Following last year’s über-successful run of The Comedy Knight’s 12 Months of Funny, which even spawned a popular series of TV sketches, TAC Theatre has now announced this year’s festive season special: The Comedy Knights’ Three Times Funnier powered by XFM.

The cast will be made up of eight of Malta’s best-known comics, namely Chris Dingli, Marc Cabourdin, Jo Caruana, Pia Zammit, Colin Fitz, Thomas Camilleri, Steve Hili and Larissa Bonaci, who will be bringing to life a whole host of characters from audience favourites like the Blue Boys, the Sliema Girls, and the First Lady, to brand new characters who are guaranteed to make you laugh your socks off!

“Prepare to be surprised and to welcome some incredibly special guests,” says director Wesley Ellul. “This year’s show, in fact, promises to be bigger and funnier than last year’s, with writers including Chris Dingli, Steve Hili and Malcolm Galea. No one will be safe from the satire – in the best possible way, of course!”

Those who attended last year’s show are able to purchase tickets today, Sunday 1 November, while general tickets will go on sale on Thursday 5 November. But hurry, as last year’s two final shows sold out less than 24 hours after they went on sale!

The Comedy Knights’ Three Times Funnier powered by XFM will return to the Salesians Theatre from Saturday 26 December until Monday 4 January, excluding New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
