Parent & Baby Fitness Workshop
Description:
A half hour Parent & Baby Fitness Class, followed by a leisurely coffee morning. Join in your baby's first fitness experience, as you encourage them to foster healthy habits which will last a lifetime! Become part of The Malta Baby & Kids community, as you bond with your pre-toddler in the welcoming environment of Malta's largest Yoga/Pilates centre.
Exercise has been proven to stimulate pre-walkers- promoting awareness to sounds, colour and movement. Spend some quality time having fun with your young child enjoying the company of like-minded parents in a happy and relaxing environment.
The price of €10 includes a stimulating 30 minute studio session for parent and child, followed by a leisurely coffee morning.
A copy of the latest edition of The Malta Baby & Kids Directory will be given to each set of participating parent & baby couple.
