Dance Theatre Workshops/Audition

Cleave, a dance-theatre company directed by Brandon Shaw, is looking for movers skilled in dance, physical theatre, martial arts, and other athletic fields. They will be hosting free workshops where you can experience the creative process and training of the group, whilst giving the director a chance to discover whether you would be a good fit for the group.

The workshops will all be held at the University of Malta Dance Studies studios, on the second floor above Home Trends in San Gwann.

The same class schedule will run for two weeks. You’re welcome to repeat classes. To be considered for Cleave, you should attend at least one Partnering and one Improvisation/Collaboration workshop.

There is no cost to attend workshops.

Anyone is invited to attend the Partnering and Improvisation classes. Dance classes presume participants have at least at an intermediate level of contemporary technique.
