What is it about?
This 9-hour programme offers an introduction to Maltese Employment Law. The main aim of the programme is to provide a good understanding of the basic legal principles. It also seeks to demonstrate a practical context to each of them. The programme will include case studies designed to reinforce key topics addressed throughout the two sessions.
Who is it for?
The programme is ideally suited for CEOs, HR managers, accountants, professionals, management consultants, business students and entrepreneurs.
What will I gain?
The Employment Law course provides a comprehensive understanding of Industrial Law, employers’ duties and obligations as well as aspects of employment regulations and employee relations. You will gain a level of competence and make use of the comprehensive practical guidance that will enable you to conduct your business in compliance with employment regulations, be able to prepare employment contracts and learn to better manage issues and disputes.
