Qormi Wine Festival 2015
Description:
The Qormi Wine Festival is back for its 11th edition which will be held on the first weekend of September. This yearly event, considered to be the largest and most genuine wine event on the island, is organized at the heart of the village core on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th from 1930hrs until midnight.
On Friday, the main attraction will be a 3-hour concert by Vinny Vella Band while on Saturday the line-up will include local duo Xarulu’, and the band led by Mark Spiteri Lucas together with an A-list of singers.
The band Melbrass will entertain people at the chillout area on Friday, followed by RiSE, who will perform at the festival for the very first time.
Other acts include Karen & Harvey Acoustic Duo which will kick-off the event on Saturday, and the all-female band Cryptic Street who will takeover the chillout area on Saturday.
