HulaHoop Class for Beginners
Description:
Try HoopDance in a 1.5 hour workshop on 12 December!
Two separate classes: €14 each (same content in each)

13:35 - 15:00 (8 places)
What we'll be doing:
- We start from scratch. Basic waisthooping, tips and techniques on how to keep the hoop spinning.
- We'll practice incorporating the legs and arms while keeping the hoop spinning, walk around, spin, graceful arms etc.
- Various moves such as anglehooping, halo, vortex and isolations. Both onbody and offbody moves (offbody moves are great for strenghtening the arms and shoulders!)
- Experiment with different combinations and transitions from one move to the next in order to make it all flow! No choreography
- We'll be learing the moves individually and then have fun putting them together into combinations that we're comfortable with.
HoopDance is a fun cardio-workout with loads of benefits such as strenghtening and toning your muscles, especially the core, improving muscle control, balance, coordination.
It's a creative, fun, mezmerising to-watch workout that anyone regardless of age can learn. You also don't need to be a dancer in order to get these benefts, you can incorporate hulahooping into any fitness routine.
The instuctor has years of experience in teaching beginners how to hulahoop in Norway.
