After the great succes of the first Chef Fumée at ELP Fine Dining Night on October 28, we decided to do another one, and another one, and another one, and another one....!
Every monday chef Abdel will be creating the most tantalising, original and creative seven course dinners, with a weekly changing menu.
A slightly smaller menu with a lower price than the first edition, makes this new series perfect to come try once, twice, or just every monday night!
Chef Abdel is a self taught Nouvelle Cuisine chef who has great knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, Spanish tapas, French and Molecular Gastronomy. The combinations of tastes he puts together are awe-inspiring and his huge respect for the products he uses gives his creations finesse and a luxurious wow-factor.
He has worked in restaurants and hotels all over the world and has catered for large varieties of people and organizations throughout his travels.
€70 per head, Including wine pairing.
