Here at ELP we are hosting a special one-off truffle making, cocktail shaking workshop this February to get you in the mood for Valentine's Day. Nothing says I Love You like a gift made especially for your loved one, and why not make it an activity you can attend together, turning what could otherwise be a stressful occasion into a fun boozy - chocolatey kerfuffle!

You will be greeted with a (mini) cocktail and truffles to give you an idea of what to expect from your evening and get you in the mood for more! We will be starting off our workshop with a cocktail master-class.. All tables will be fully equipped for making and shaking of cocktails. Our expert barman will give you a clear explanation on how to make your own alcoholic infusions at home and will go on to give you a detailed description of how to make your first cocktail of the evening. Everyone will get the opportunity to make their own drink and this will be followed by a short question and answer session.. A short break once questions are complete allows those attending who have more questions to ask them here. The mini masterclass starts here... Our top chef Joyce will be talking you through step by step what is needed when making truffles at home. Once this is complete, everyone gets a chance to roll out their own truffles and dip or coat in the toppings of their choice..

Provided that you don't eat through all your truffles before the class is over, you will be given a box to take your truffles home, to enjoy later or to give to your loved one. We look forward to seeing you there!
