8th Annual Malta Comic Con

Wicked Comics are proud to announce that the 8^th edition of the Malta Comic Con (MCC) will be held on Saturday 3^rd December (10am-6pm) and Sunday 4^th December (11am-7pm) 2016. The Malta Comic Con 2016 will take place at the south end of the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC) in Ta’ Qali (next to the Millennium Stand). 

“The Malta Comic Con continues to be the most popular pop culture event on the Island and the biggest platform for Maltese creators to showcase their skills, sell their creations and interact with their fans. The continuous presence of some of the leading names in the comic industry and up and coming creators form all over the world continues to aid the development of the Maltese Comic Scene. The Malta Comic Con has also developed a reputation for being one of the most exciting destinations for comic symposium and each year more creators seek to be part of this event. Thanks to all those who were and continue to be, in some capacity involved with the Malta Comic Con, the convention has grown to the extent that finding the right venue  to host it in has become a challenge worthy of an Avengers and Justice League cross  over. Although help from fictitious characters was never going to materialise one thing we could count on was the understanding and support offered by Ms. Anita Mifsud and the rest of the MFCC crew who provided us with the perfect venue to host our convention in. We’re super excited about the possibilities the new venue offers us and would like to take this opportunity to thank both Ms. Mifsud and the rest of MFCC crew as well as all those who hold the Malta Comic Con at heart and promise to do our best to deliver the best show yet”, said Chris Le Galle co-founder of Wicked Comics. 

Wicked Comics will also be offering a number of packages for fans wishing to travel to the Malta Comic Con from abroad, which include heavily discounted accommodation rates and local transport from hotel to convention centre. Similarly Wicked Comics have a number of packages tailored for foreign creators who wish to exhibit at the Malta Comic Con including heavily discounted tables.
