Steve Houghton-Burnett has been dubbed “The Formula Guy” 

He got the name because a friend told him that he’d helped them to unlock the “Secret Formula” for getting their businessback on track and disrupting their market place (They’d been established for over 30 years and it felt pretty stagnant at that point). 

Steve’s speaking style is challenging to the group and supportive to the individual.

He was the founder of one of the first Internet Service Providers in the UK. It was the first to report trading profits and subsequently sold for £300 million. Steve has subsequently worked with many other successful start-up and fast growth organisations.
