The Beer Mile is a fun challenge that requires you to drink 4 x 335ml cans of beer and run a total distance of 1 mile, or 4 loops of the athletics track, as fast as you can !!! Beer is included in your entry fee :) Who said running is boring? Beer adds fun to every activity.....So challenge friends, colleagues, your boss... all bets are on!

The event has 3 time slots, within which a number of waves will be created on a first-come first-served basis. Choose your Early Morning or Late Morning or Noon slot. You can either participate as an individual or as a relay team. For individuals to challenge against friends, book the same start wave. To participate in a relay team you need to be a group of 4 and each one of you will run 1 lap and drink 1 beer... Too easy?

Register individually for the full 4 laps (and 4 beers) in the next wave to race against your teammates :) Run more laps, drink more beer and increase your chances of winning! Just remember though - if you vomit you need to run an extra lap! Trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Female and Male Runner as well as for the winner of the Female, Male and Mixed Relay Team. Join this fun event at various times of the year.....
