The FACES Wine Tasting Competition promises to be a unique sensory experience for individuals wishing to experience the flavours, aromas and general characteristics of a drink we all too often take for granted. As with all FACES activities, this event has been created to appeal for the general public. While it can be an event for connoisseurs to test their knowledge, it is also an opportunity for the less knowledgeable to learn more about wine from Dr. Roger Aquilina, an enologist with decades of experience in the field, who will be providing a general introduction about wine and wine tasting. This event is an opportunity for an exciting competition as well as a chance to enjoy an evening with a difference, relaxing in a scenic setting while sipping glass...[striped]
