The Sliema Philharmonic Society is presenting its annual Celebrity Concert for Europe at the Auditorium Sir Temi Zammit, University, Msida on Saturday 28th April 2012 at 8 pm under the distinguished patronage of the President of Malta, His Excellency Dr George Abela. This Celebrity Concert commemorates Malta’s Entry in the European Union and when in 2003 the Sliema Band was presented with the official flag of the EU during a musical programme in Brussells. The SLIEMA Band shall be conducted by Mro Ronnie Debattista FLCM together with the special participation of pop tenor Ludwig Galea and soprano Karen Camilleri.
