The Saluting Battery History Bookfair

From the 17th till the 19th of March, Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna – the Malta Heritage Trust will be hosting The Saluting Battery History Book Fair. A vast selection of military history, general history, maritime, aviation, children’s, WWI and WWII books will be available to purchase at special prices. The Fair is going to be held at the Saluting Battery, Valletta. During the fair we will be hosting guided tours of the Battery. A great event for all the family. We look forward to welcoming you. Stay tuned for more updates. Admission fee will be reduced to €2.00 for Adults and free for children and FWA Members. Participants will have the opportunity (probably for the first time ever) to savour some soldier delicacies such as Gun Powder Tea, Anzac Biscuits, Bully and Spam Sandwiches, Corned Beef Ash and Trench Cake. Other refreshments available throughout the day.
