Today’s workplace is becoming increasingly complex and diverse. Managers and employees are facing major challenges in the organisational environment. Leadership skills are important in the light of these challenges as they help us take control of the situation accordingly to ensure the best outcomes. This course focuses on what leadership is and how it can be adapted according to the situation.

Who is it for?

This course is suited for anyone who has a leadership role in an organisation – either management, supervisory or other related roles. It is also suited for anyone who is interested in understanding leadership in more depth and in learning how to develop and apply leadership skills in their role.
