After Lunch Bunch - THE BUSKER LIVE

2012 formed band The Busker blends 1960s pop/rock with folk/rock. The band’s main inspirations ranges from The Beatles all the way to folk heroes such as Bob Dylan. Apart from playing plenty of intimate nightclub gigs, the band had the opportunity to open for Tribali at Earth Garden. Recently, the band saw two new additions, David Grech on bass/keys and Sean Meachen on the saxophone. Together they performed in London, and organised their own bus gig. Their single ‘Percussion Song’ reached number 2 in Malta’s Top 10.

Needless to say; we’re very proud to have them rocking the stage this sunday at ELP! We are offering a light food menu with a dash of cocktails and a bar atmosphere like no other. 

Post-band DJ’s for the afternoon: Swillmott Louie G Dale Julian Drury Expect to hear a mixed variety of artistes such as Van Morrison, Pet Shop Boys, Billy Idol, Dire Straights, Kim Wilde, No Doubt, Bee Gees, Tears for Fears, Queen, R.E.M., The Police, INXS, Buffalo Springfield, Stevie Wonder, Steppenwolf, Curtis Mayfield, Fleedwood Mac, Stealers Wheel, Bill Withers, Al Green, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, Blondie, Iggy Pop, Human League, The Cure, New Order, The Clash, Michael Jackson, Guns & Roses, Madonna, Duran Duran, Rolling Stones, Prince, David Bowie…The list is endless!! We’ll have 2 for 1 on all cocktails and pouring brands between 4 & 6pm!
