Let's celebrate Natura 2000 Day

Celebrate Natura 2000 Day with BirdLife Malta and Heritage Malta at Għar Dalam and enjoy the synergies between cultural and natural heritage. You will challenge yourself with a scavenger hunt and explore your artistic side with finger painting. So come along and be a kid for a day! Għar Dalam forms part of the Natura 2000 network of protected sites. It is also Malta’s oldest prehistoric site. Activities 17:30 – 18:30 Scavenger Hunt Participate in an educational scavenger hunt and find your innerenigmatologist to solve riddles and find all the clues spread around Għar Dalam. You will be divided into groups. 18:30 – 19:30 Finger Painting Explore your artistic side with some finger painting! Be inspiredfrom the artefacts, pottery and animal remains that were found at Għar Dalam. 19:30 – 20:30 Time to socialise and enjoy some snacks Learn more about Natura 2000, Għar Dalam and BirdLife Malta while enjoying some wine and cheese.
