We will break down, drill and improve some of pole's FUNdamental moves: Inverted V (or chopper), Climbs, Scorpio, Gemini, Butterfly, Apprentice, Brass Monkey, Shoulder Mounts, and more.
More experienced students will learn how to combine these tricks together to create seamless sequences.
Start to really build those core muscles and increase full body strength as well as flexibility.
