Description:
Ħal Kirkop, a village in the South of Malta is extensively remembered for the tradition of Irkotta making. During this event there will be a live demonstration of how Irkotta was made in the early days. Other demonstrations of how various products which include this ingredient will be held on the day. Several Maltese artisans, traditional flok bands, music and other entertainment will enrich this family day.
