As the days get darker and the nights get colder, our wines get wilder, our blends get zanier, our reds get bolder. The Malta International Wine Festival: Winter Edition is a chance to let down our hair, fill our glasses, and embrace the cooler air.
This couldn’t get more exciting with the roster of excellent wines and artists being assembled for this winter’s wine festival, presented in the luxury and comfort of the Wine Vaults at Montekristo. This will be the 1st winter edition of this festival, bringing together our imported brands around the globe.
By bringing from our part we will bring 7 Italian wineries, the 3rd, 4th, and 5th February 2023 will be an intimate weekend for wine enthusiasts one cannot miss!

The Venue :
At the end of a long tunnel entrance, flanked by exquisite, classical marble statues, stands the impressive vastness of the Montekristo Wine Vaults. This magnificent venue consists of four wide halls separated by magnificent arches under a hand-crafted mahogany ceiling reflected on translucent marble flooring. Wrought iron chandeliers provide lighting and hidden lamps create a magical atmosphere. Mysterious tunnels, hewn out of living rock, fan out on three sides.
