We are pleased to announce the menu and other discounts available for this much-awaited event on Friday, the 18th of August, at ***** Grand Hotel Excelsior in Floriana.
Stir Fry Station
presented in our giant cast iron pans prepared with fine Mediterranean vegetable ingredients, enhanced with aromatic herbs and spices, and cooked to perfection by our chef.
Live Berkel Station
Sliced roasted beef a la minute, served with freshly baked baguette accompaniment with slaw, gherkins and a selection of different sauces.
House-made pork sausage station.
Herb, coriander seed and confit garlic marinated pork sausage served with boiled new potatoes with herb butter selection of homemade mustards.
Chicken Shawarma station
Served in pita bread with accompaniments.
Mediterranean station
sauteed Mussels and Calamari with cherry tomatoes, garlic and wine.
Dessert
Choice of 3 individual desserts.
Ice Cream Station
Served with ice cream station (2 scoops per person), Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, pistachios, mango sorbet, or lemon sorbet.
Water will be served at the beginning of the event then more drinks can be bought at a 20% discount from a cash bar serving International Branded Spirits & Liqueurs, Wine by the Glass, Local beer, soft drinks, juices and water.
A further 10% Discount is also being offered to Old Motors Club Malta members that decide to stay overnight at the 5-Star Grand Hotel Excelsior from Friday afternoon. Enough time to use the Hotel facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools and buffet breakfast on Saturday morning.
The price for all this is only 30 euro per person. Places are limited due to the size of the venue.
