Throughout the evening, our expert Andrew Azzopardi will be comparing two Vermentinos and two Tuscan reds, while the Palazzo Parisio kitchen prepares a beautifully-matched spread including pear and taleggio ravioli, orange and juniper risotto and braised veal cheeks.
