PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Course

People Services Contracting Ltd will be running a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course from Monday 9th June to Friday 13th June 2014, which course may be of interest to you or your organization.

PRINCE (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured method for effective project management. The method was first established in 1989 by CCTA (the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency), revised in consultation with users and project management experts and launched in 1996 as PRINCE2.

Since 1996, PRINCE2 has grown in popularity and is now the project management method of choice of many organisations and individuals both in the UK and internationally, including Malta.

In the current environment, where controlled change and the ability to respond quickly to the market are pre-requisites for survival, PRINCE2 provides the ability to deliver new products and services on time, to quality and within budget. It does this by focusing on delivery of projects’ outcome and monitoring and controlling the factors that have the ability to adversely impact that outcome.

Please note that costs are as follows:

Foundation Only (3 days)                                        €800 

Foundation and Practitioner (5 days)                      €1380

Meanwhile, I kindly inform you that this course has been approved by Malta Enterprise under the ‘Get Qualified’ scheme, thus allowing successful participants, who fund their own studies, to be granted tax credits of 70% on the cost of the course. 

Malta Enterprise is in the process of revamping this ‘Get Qualified’ scheme for this year but has assured us that this scheme will be up and running shortly. For those of you who are interested, I can email you the latest Get Qualified information document which Malta Enterprise has prepared.
